Located in Usworth village in Washington, Wellbank View shares north-east character and interesting local history. This recently modernised three-bedroom, well-equipped modern home is light, airy and spacious. It’s a perfect place to be based for work or to relax and enjoy the evening sun.
Our latest property refurbishment was completed in late 2023. Having undergone a full refurbishment over 4 months the house became a great home. It's not surprising that it generated huge interest and was snapped up for rent by a young and growing family moving to Washington.

Well…where do I begin?! The 5 stars says it all but if there was an option for more stars, these guys could easily achieve that. They go above and beyond their call of duty. Genuine, experienced, down to earth people who really want to be better than the rest (and are). I can’t recommend them enough and they really helped me out beyond measure!! If I had a query, it was answered or resolved instantly. The level of service is service is amazing!!
